100 South Queen Street – the address of Lancaster’s newest event and meeting hub. The Southern Market boasts three unique spaces for you to host your next board retreat, business meeting, birthday party, or class reunion.

In addition to the convenient location to all that downtown Lancaster has to offer, the world-class Food Hall provides the meeting/event planner with a myriad of catering options, only available at the Southern Market. Our meeting space includes:

  • Conference Room A – the largest of the meeting spaces.  On the first floor, this room can accommodate approximately 65 in a classroom setting.  We have used the room in a variety of different configurations.  The space has typically been utilized for business and community meetings.  We recently hosted a child’s birthday party, and I’ve had numerous inquiries for weddings, bridal and/or baby showers, class reunions, and cocktail receptions.

    • $175 /four hours; $350/full day

  • Conference Room B – also on the first floor is smaller and can accommodate 18-20 in a classroom setting.  Small business meetings and breakout sessions are the typical events we have booked in this space.

    • $125/four hours; $250/full day

  • The Board Room – is a glass-walled space on the second floor overlooking the Food Hall.  This room accommodates 12 people at a board table.  With Zoom capabilities, this room is great for small meetings, especially when some of the participants are off-site.

    • $175/four hours; $350/full day

  • All meeting rooms have large screen TV’s with Internet capability.

  • All spaces within the Southern Market are handicapped accessible.
