The Southern Market boasts three unique event spaces adjacent from a world-class Food Hall, complete with a variety of eclectic in-house catering options. Elevate your next board retreat, business meeting, birthday party, or class reunion by hosting in style here at the Southern Market.

  • The Emlen – Located on the first floor just steps away from Southern Market’s world-class Food Hall, this room can accommodate approximately 80 people with theater seating (no tables) or 60 people with tables. Whether you're planning a business meeting or presentation, a bridal or baby shower, or a happy hour, The Emlen is fully adaptable to meet the needs of your next large event.

    • $175 /four hours; $350/full day

  • The Willow – Located on the first floor next to The Emlen, this space is perfect for small business meetings or breakout sessions. The Willow can accommodate 20 people with classroom seating or 30 people standing.

    • $125/four hours; $250/full day

  • The Urban Terrace – Located on the second floor, The Urban Terrace is a unique space that offers both a private area for any meeting or event, as well as an incomparable view of the bustling Food Hall just below through the room's glass walls. This space can accommodate 12 people in a board table setting. With a large screen TV complete with internet and Zoom capabilities, The Urban Terrace is the perfect spot for any small meeting—even when some participants are off-site.

    • $175/four hours; $350/full day

  • Southern Market – Dreaming up an event bigger than any of the above spaces can accommodate? No problem! Southern Market also offers the option to rent the full market for either a partial or full day. This option includes private rental of the entire first floor of The Southern Market – 7,500 square feet in total – as well as access to both The Emlen and The Willow. Please note that this option is available on Mondays and Tuesdays only.

    • $1,000/full day
