Akhi Sushi

Akhi Sushi features inspired Asian-based modern Burmese and Japanese cuisine using only the freshest ingredients. Recipes include fish, vegetables, fruits, and unique sauces with many vegetarian options.

Chef-owner Sai Nu was born and raised in Myanmar and immigrated to Lancaster in 2012 as a refugee. While working as a sushi chef, Sai discovered his love of food and serving the public so they have an enjoyable dining experience.

He appreciates this opportunity to make new friends, serve others, and continue to grow in Lancaster, saying, “I feel it is important to pay back to the community that has helped me and my family.”
